Notification when agent updates their contact info in NIPR tab

I've noticed occasionally that agents will update their mailing/business/residential address in their Profile on the NIPR tab and not notify us. Because of this we are not able to update our system that our office uses to mail out policies or correspondence. Usually the mail continues to the old address until the agent calls in to have us update. Is there currently a way to be notified by email if an agent changes any information in their profile?

We've evaluated providing notices when certain changes occur with a producer's profile (e.g. address changes, bank account changes, E&O changes, etc.). From our evaluation, sending email notices is one of the least desirable solutions in lieu of the alternatives.

The best solution is for your IT Team (or your vendor's IT team) to use SuranceBay's API to programatically update your non-SureLC systems as described here: https://support.surancebay.com/hc/en-us/articles/215042187-API-Information

That way - you won't have to worry about getting notices via email nor doing manual data-entry/updates. A little programming using this API could suffice/handle it all.
